How to connect your GitHub open source product to MadKudu

Connect your GitHub open source product to MadKudu to see who stars, forks, contributes, comments, open issues ……on your public repositories. Your team will be able to leverage this activity in MadKudu Copilot through playbooks and in the scoring.

Where to find your company's GitHub repositories?

Go to https://github.com and use the top search bar to search for your company. You'll get a list of repositories.



To find the exhaustive list of your organization's repos, click on one repo, then click on your org name. You'll be redirected to your company's GitHub home page. and access the list of all repos. 


 

How to connect your GitHub open-source product to MadKudu

Pre-requisites

  • You have a MadKudu account 

You don't need any access to your GitHub account as we'll track your public repos! 

  1. Log into MadKudu Admin console

  2. Navigate to Integrations then search GitHub

  3. Enter the list of your repos (to select all repos, enter your {organization}/* like snyk/* 

  4. Click Save

That's it! MadKudu will start pulling your GitHub signals automatically. This may take a few hours to pull the history.
