Some signals are available out of the box while others are made available through connected integrations with your systems.
Out-of-the-box signals provided by HG Insights
HG Insights provides several signals out of the box that help sales teams execute plays and understand prospects. To leverage these signals, you do not need an account with an external provider or connect a system, only a HG Insights account is required. These signals include:
Contact & Company enrichment: demographic (title, seniority, location…), firmographic (industry, size, geo, tags…), technographic (techs detected)
Tech installs: when companies add a product to their tech stack
IT Spend: how much companies are spending in different product categories
Lead / Account Fit Scoring: how well a lead matches the ideal customer profile based on demographic and firmographic data.
Job hiring: when companies hire for specific roles (designers, sales, recruiters…)
Job changes: when people moved from one company to another
LinkedIn engagement: when people comments, reshare or react to LinkedIn posts
GitHub engagement: when people star, fork, comment, contribute to public Github repos
Signals available through native integrations
Connecting HG Insights with other systems through native integrations allows accessing other signals. You can activate these integrations from HG Insights app interface. Here are the key additional signals they provide:
