Reactivation of Lost Opportunities

In order to set up the reactivation of closed lost opportunities playbook you will need to set up the following filters:

  • Identifying closed lost opportunities from Salesforce?

  • Identifying and removing accounts with currently active opportunities, partners, existing customers

  • Identifying relevant engagement (webpage visits, campaign responses) that qualify a contact as re-engaged (Salesforce, MAP)

Once the playbook filters are set up, connect a sequence template to the playbook. Here is an email draft that you could use:

Subject: Seeing you added Natalia to your account

Hey Ryan, ← [Identified engaged person in the account]

Happened to see you added your new MOps specialist Natalia to your account.

Wondering if you can share any directive you might have provided her with so we can be helpful to her? Is she working on setting up your PQAs?
