Welcome to MadKudu. Below you will find the steps you will go through during your onboarding. Each step has detailed documentation linked to it.

After you received your invitation to create your account, follow the steps below to complete the set up of MadKudu Copilot.

Setting up your MadKudu Account

  2. ⚙️ Connect your systems

    1. Connect Salesforce

    2. Connect MAP (Integrations overview)

    3. Connect Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach, Gong Engage, Salesloft)

    4. [Optional] Connect other signals e.g. LinkedIn

  3. ⚙️ Configure Teams

  4. ⚙️ Install MadKudu Copilot in Salesforce

Copilot customization

  1. ⚙️ Customize your event feed

  2. 💡 Select the prospecting Plays to run

  3. 💡 Decide which action your playbook should trigger

  4. ⚙️ Set up plays in MadKudu Copilot (How to)

  5. ⚙️ Customize Account and Contact Intelligence pages

  6. 🔎 QA the results with one Seller from the team you selected

Roll out

  1. 🏁 Roll plays out to the selected team

  2. 📈 After 2 weeks: Monitor adoption and generated pipeline and roll out new plays (Playbooks Library)

  3. 🔁 Repeat with another team
