Tell Us About Your Business
Customizing MadKudu to your business ensures that the recommendations and insights you receive are aligned with your goals and the specific needs of your team. By defining key aspects like personas and ideal customer profiles, you enable MadKudu to target the right companies to run Marketing and Sales plays against.
Select Personas Identify the roles your team typically sells to. The Persona will be used to surface the right people in your playbooks.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Identify the company attributes that make up your ideal customer profile or the company profile you are targeting with your Marketing and Sales efforts. The ICP will be used to surface the right companies in your playbooks
Profiles to Exclude Save time by filtering out unqualified leads, helping your team focus on high-potential prospects and avoiding wasted resources.
Competitors & Partners Identifying competitor and partner technologies enables you to run respective Marketing and Sales plays. It also helps your Sellers to customize their outreach.
Key Website Pages Tracking critical pages like demo requests ensures you capture key engagement points that you may want to run Marketing and Sales plays against. The “Abandoned Demo Request” play is a typical example.
Integrations
The main integration to enable MadKudu Copilot is Salesforce. After connecting Salesforce you are able to add other integrations based on your needs.

As part of the Salesforce integration, MadKudu needs some key fields to be mapped. This helps with basic filters as part of your Copilot set up.
Configure Teams
MadKudu Copilot will surface Contacts and Accounts that to their respective owners (Salesforce Record Owner). Each team (SDR, AE, CSM) might use a different ownership field. In this step you can configure the ownership fields for each team.
