How to use the Account & Contact Intelligence
Contact / Account Engagement: understand the engagement over the last 3 months of the person / account across the different sources MadKudu collects (e.g., web visits, product activity, content downloaded, LinkedIn, Slack community…etc.)
Customer Fit: understand if the company matches your Ideal Customer Profile based on the company's firmographic and technographic characteristics (eg. industry, size, country, technologies).

Activity feed: get details about the what people in the account have looked into on your website and engaged with on your marketing content… We collect this from your website and integrations.
Top Users: view who are the top 5 most active contacts on the account, across different sources. Some of these contacts may not be in your Salesforce yet.
Users: get the full list of contacts associated with the account (in Salesforce or through domain matching), ranked by the most active.
Top signals: understand reasons for the Customer Fit score.
Job openings: identify roles the company is hiring for and get more information about the company needs when opening the job description.
Techs: understand which technologies are used by the company. Hover to see when the tech was first seen (= likely the install date) and last seen. Use this to see if the company is using a competitor to highlight your advantages over this product when reaching out. Or if they are using a partner integration, use this to engage with relevant use cases about your integration.
Company news: signals happening within the company that are not related to individuals but to their business. Are they opening new job roles usually owning your product? Are they installing new technologies compatible with your product... More to come (fund raising, news, acquisition, annual reports...!)

Where are the events showing in the Activity feed coming from?
We gather web visits, marketing content engagement, product activity, email activity, sales activity from your systems tracking your website, marketing campaigns .. etc connected directly to our platform.
