Troubleshooting

Before submitting a new support ticket, please try these quick suggestions:

  • Clear your browser cache (one of the most common solutions)

  • Check to make sure the madkudu javascript is deployed on the FastLane page.

  • Try a different browser 

  • Remove Adblockers from your browser: the fastlane is loaded by the madkudu.js which may be blocked by adblockers and even some browsers natively based on settings

  • Check the set up of the Fastlane in MadKudu app > Settings > Fastlane (only for Admin users)
