AI scoring Configuration - FAQ

Is HG Insights self-learning?

No, HG Insights is not self-learning.

You need to manually update your AI scoring, and your training and validation dataset timeframes. The scoring models are not continuously updated. They stay set until there is a manual update.
This is so your scores can stay stable and predictable until you decide you need an update.

Multi-Language Support

Can HG Insights handle and interpret data points provided in languages other than English, and use it in Scoring?

Yes, HG Insights can process and utilize data points in multiple languages, but the effectiveness depends on several factors:

  1. Data Enrichment Partners: HG Insights collaborates with data enrichment providers like Clearbit and PredictLeads. These partners primarily offer data standardized to English conventions. However, there might be instances where certain non-English data points are not translated or provided.

  2. Custom Computations: To enhance the handling of non-English data, especially for attributes like job titles, HG Insights allows the creation of custom Computations. By configuring these computations to recognize and interpret terms in various languages, you can improve the accuracy of lead scoring and segmentation. For more information, review the article How to create a Computation with the Advanced mode in SQL?. We recommend using a generative AI tool to help you with creating such computations, see this ChatGPT conversation as an example creating an advanced computation that determines if a job title is of an engineer.

  3. Combined Computations with CRM Data: Integrating your CRM's enriched data with HG Insights through combined computations can further enhance data accuracy. This approach allows you to prioritize your internal data or HG Insights's enrichment based on reliability, ensuring a more comprehensive data interpretation.
