Why using HG Sales Copilot

HG Insights Copilot helps SDRs, BDRs, and AEs research accounts faster by gathering all of the information they need directly in Salesforce. It allows them to answer questions such as:

  • Which Accounts or Contacts should I prioritize today?

  • Who is engaged in the account?

  • What features have people been interacting with?

  • What content have they looked at?

  • Who is the buyer in the account?

Who has access to Copilot

HG Insights Copilot is available to all sellers & admins, for all customers with Salesforce CRM connected to HG Insights.

It is not possible to leverage HG Insights Copilot while using another CRM than Salesforce.

How to access Copilot

Copilot is accessible through multiple interfaces to fit the workflow you prefer:

  • via HG Insights Chrome extension on any Salesforce, Outreach or Gong page: click here to download

  • embedded in Salesforce. Admins can install HG Insights’s Salesforce package

  • embedded in Outreach. Admins can install HG Insights’s Outreach app

  • embedded in Gong Engage. Admins can install HG Insights’s Gong app
