Pre-requisite: You need to be an Admin in MadKudu to enable / disable auto-join
As an Admin, log into MadKudu app
Navigate to Settings > Authentication
Enable or disable the auto-join option as needed
Activating auto-join will allow anyone with an email address that matches your company's domain to join your MadKudu account as a Sales user. Learn more about permissions
If your company's email address is not correct it can be updated in Settings > Account, by editing the Organization domain name(s) and clicking Update my info.
Notes
If there are multiple domains under Organization domain name(s), only users matching the first domain listed will be able to join. Users with a different domains or generic emails like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com... will not be able to join via auto-join and will need to be manually invited by an admin.
only Google Oauth auto-join is supported. If your company is not using Google Oauth, your users will need to be manually invited in Settings > Users. Learn more
Users using auto-join will be added as Sales users to your MadKudu account and will only have access to MadKudu Copilot. They will not have access to MadKudu App, this means they will not have access to the integrations, mappings and scoring configurations. Upon their first login, they will land in MadKudu Chrome extension and will follow their user onboarding in MadKudu Copilot.
How to join an account with auto-join enabled
For users to join MadKudu Copilot as Sales users:
in MadKudu Copilot (Chrome extension or embed in Salesforce), click on "New to MadKudu? Join your team"
Follow the Google Oauth flow
Complete the onboarding with the selection of your team and book of account
If this option does not appear, it could mean that auto-join is not enabled or that you are using a different email domain than your company's domain in MadKudu. You may need to request a manual invite from an admin of your company's MadKudu account.
