Inviting and managing users

Prerequisites

  • You are a MadKudu admin user

Invite users

  1. Sign in to MadKudu app

  2. Navigate to Settings > Users

  3. Click Add new user

  4. Enter email, select team, select role

    • The role determines the level of access and permissions the user will have.

    • The team determines the book of accounts

    • A Sales user will have access to MadKudu Copilot only. Admins have more permissions such as the ability to add new users, to configure the Copilot and to change the layout.

  5. Click on Invite users

Every user invited will receive an invitation email from MadKudu that they need to accept. Once they have created their account they will be able to access MadKudu App or MadKudu Copilot depending on their role. 

In addition to inviting users to your account, you can also allow Sales users to automatically join your account to access MadKudu Copilot. They’ll be able to join from the Copilot login page. To turn this auto-join setting on, navigate to Settings > Authentication or learn more about auto-join

To invite multiple users at once, please send us a CSV with the columns email, name, team, role and salesforce account owner field if they are assigned an account with another field than ownerID and submit here 

Change permissions

To change the role of a user, simply select a different role.

Delete users

To delete a user, click on the bin next to their email address. They will not be able to log into MadKudu anymore.
