Audience: Sellers (AEs, SDRs, BDRs)
Sales Copilot gives you two levels of account research: a quick view panel for triage without leaving your list, and a full company page for deep analysis.
The Quick View Panel
When you want to double-click on an account, click any company in a company view or Company List. A panel opens on the right with a quick glance at the account, the signals that matter, and what to do about them, without leaving the list you're working.

At a glance
The top of the panel gives you the account snapshot:
Company name, domain, industry, country, and founding year
Customer Fit score
Engagement level
Revenue and Employees
IT Budget
Tech Stack (number of products in use)
A short company description
Why reach out
Next, the panel surfaces the top signals that make this account worth acting on now. Signals draw on HG data and your offering context, for example: a competitor's product is installed (a displacement opportunity, with install date and intensity), the company is actively researching a topic relevant to you, or they spend in the category your offering competes in.
What to sell
The panel recommends which offering or play to lead with for this company, including its match grade and score, the dimensions it's strongest on, and what to position next.
Do next
Recommended actions follow, so the research turns into a next step instead of a note.
Going deeper
From the panel you can:
Select Ask AI to ask natural-language questions about this company. See Account AI.
Select Open company to open the detailed company page.
The Company Page
Opening a company takes you to its full page: a much more detailed analysis of the account, organized into tabs.

Header
The header shows the account at a glance: employees, HQ, industry, founding year, estimated IT budget, the company description, and the company's score for each of your offerings. It also links the mapped CRM accounts for this company. Use the offering selector to view the page through one offering or all.
Tabs
Overview: signals, recommendations, and what to lead with
Account AI: natural-language research on this account
Artifacts: outputs generated for this account
Activities: the account's first-party activity feed
Contacts: net-new contacts from HG's contact database
CRM Contacts: the account's existing CRM contacts
Each tab is detailed below (Account AI has its own article).
Overview tab: Why reach out
The Overview tab presents ranked signals explaining why this account is worth acting on now, filterable by All, HG Signals, or CRM Signals. Each signal is categorized (for example intent, spend, buying signal, growth, AI adoption, cloud investment) and backed by evidence, such as a competitor product installed with install date and intensity, active research on TrustRadius with an intent score, spend in the category your offering competes in, or a newly detected install.
Each signal carries a recommended action, such as Create Battlecard, Ask Account AI, Generate Brief, or Draft Email. Clicking an action takes you into Account AI, where you can query the account in natural language and generate artifacts: account briefs, competitive battle cards, meeting prep, and outreach email drafts to decision makers. See Account AI.
Overview tab: Lead with
Alongside the signals, the Lead with panel recommends the offering or play to lead with for this account, showing its match grade and the underlying Fit, Need, and Intent scores, a positioning summary, and Upsell / Cross-sell recommendations for what to position next.
Artifacts tab
Every artifact generated for this account is stored here: briefs, battle cards, drafts, and summaries. The table shows each artifact's type, who created it, the agent that produced it, its version, and when it was created. Search artifacts or filter by type, and pin the ones you return to.

Activities tab
The Activities tab is the account's first-party activity feed: web activity, marketing activity, email activity, and sales activity, in one timeline. Each entry shows the person, their title, the activity, and when it happened. Search the feed or filter by event, type, date, name, email, or title.
This feed is powered by the event mapping your Admin configures during setup, which maps events across your CRM, Marketo, and other connected first-party systems. See Connecting Integrations.

Contacts tab
The Contacts tab is where you find net-new contacts who aren't in your CRM, drawn from HG's database of more than 200 million contacts. Filter by seniority, department, or title to find the right people, then select contacts to act on them:
Reveal emails and phone numbers to enrich the contacts, validated through waterfall enrichment (see Finding and Enriching Contacts)
Save to list to add them to a contact list
Add to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) or a sales engagement sequence (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or a HubSpot sequence)

CRM Contacts tab
CRM Contacts shows every contact for this account that already exists in your CRM, with persona and customer fit alongside each. Select contacts to save them to a new or existing contact list, or add them to sequences the same way as on the Contacts tab.
