Audience: Sellers (AEs, SDRs, BDRs)
Company Lists are saved sets of companies to work: yours, plus the ones shared with you. Every account in a list is scored across all of your offerings, so you always know which accounts deserve attention first and which play to run.

Three ways to create a list
Select New list on the Company Lists page and pick how the list gets its companies. A list keeps the way it was started, so this can't be changed later.
Upload a CSV
Match a file of companies by domain or name. Best when the list already exists somewhere else. This is also how you start prospecting with no CRM connected: if you know your target accounts, upload the list and go. See Working With or Without a CRM.
Pick companies
Name a list, then fill it from any company table with Save to list. Filter and select companies in All Companies, My CRM Territory, or All CRM Companies, then save your selection. You can add and remove companies later.
From a segment (Market Analyzer)
If your organization has Market Analyzer, build the segment there and use Save as workbook. It arrives in Company Lists ready to work.
Sharing lists
Lists can be shared across your entire organization or with select team members. The Company Lists page shows My lists, Shared with me, and Enterprise tabs, along with each list's source, company count, creator, and creation date.
Scoring across offerings
Accounts in your lists are scored across all of your offerings using the scoring models your Admin has built (see AI Outbound Scoring). Because each offering has its own model, the same account can score differently for different offerings, which tells you not just which accounts to work but which play to run.
Within a list, you can also select a single offering to switch from scores to the signals behind them: intent topics, competitor footprint, and complementary tech strength per company.
