Finding and Enriching Contacts

Audience: Sellers (AEs, SDRs, BDRs)

The Contacts section in the left panel is where you find the right people at your target accounts, enrich their contact details, and push them into your CRM or sequences. It contains All Contacts, My CRM Territory, All CRM Contacts, and your Contact Lists.

All Contacts

All Contacts is where you find additional contacts provided by HG, beyond what's in your CRM. Browse and reveal contacts across the companies you select:

  • Search by company name or domain to scope the view

  • Filter by seniority, department, or title to find the right people

List of contacts with titles and companies, highlighting selected individuals for action.

Waterfall enrichment

Select the contacts you're interested in and use Reveal to enrich them with email and phone. Every contact goes through strict validation across more than 15 data providers, which we call waterfall enrichment, so you get the most accurate, up-to-date information available.

Acting on contacts

Once you've selected contacts, act directly from the table:

  • Add to CRM: export contacts to Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Add to a sequence: enroll contacts in your sales engagement platform, such as an Outreach sequence (requires your personal sales engagement connection; see Connecting Integrations)

  • Save to list: create a new contact list or add to an existing one, to act on later

My CRM Territory and All CRM Contacts

Two views mirror the company side for people:

  • My CRM Territory: every contact at the accounts in your CRM territory, with matched and unmatched counts

  • All CRM Contacts: every contact in your organization's CRM

The contact quick view panel

Click any contact to open a side panel with a quick overview:

  • Name, title, company, LinkedIn link, and an In CRM badge where applicable

  • Customer Fit score, Lead Engagement, Persona, and Last Touch

  • How to reach them: the contact's email

  • Recent activity, with a link to see full activity

  • About: the record's source system (for example Salesforce CRM) and location

Select Open contact for the full picture.

The contact card

The contact card is the detailed view of a person. The header carries their title, company domain, LinkedIn, source system, location, company segment, HG Customer Fit score, HG Lead Engagement, HG Lead Grade score, and lifecycle stage, along with actions: email, Add to CRM, and Save to list.

Below the header:

  • Company overview: a high-level view of their company (description, employees, country, industry, founded, estimated IT budget, and score by offering), with a link to the full account details

  • 1P activity feed: the contact's first-party activities (for example email opens and clicks), searchable and filterable

Contact lists

Like Company Lists, contact lists keep a working set of people. Saved lists appear under Contact Lists in the left panel, and you can add contacts to them from All Contacts, from a company's Contacts tab, or from CRM Contacts.
