How to install HG Insights in Outreach
Pre-requisites
You must have Salesforce connected to both Outreach and HG Insights
You must be an Admin in Outreach
(no pre-requisites to be a HG Insights user)
Log into your Outreach account
Click on this link https://marketplace.outreach.io/apps/HG Insights-embed to open HG Insights's listing on Outreach marketplace, and click on Install
Select your installation preference (you'll be able to change this later)
Click Install App
A pop up opens, click Install at the bottom
In Outreach > Administration > Apps, you should now see HG Insights integration installed
Once connected your users will be able to view
HG Insights Inbox from the left nav bar (Playbooks and Explore)

Can I use the HG Insights x Outreach integration if I use HubSpot as my CRM?
Unfortunately not today. HG Insights x Outreach only supports Salesforce CRM as of today. Please let us know at product@madkudu.com if you're using Outreach with HubSpot CRM!
Can I install HG Insights in Outreach for my user before showing to all my Sales team?
Yes! During the installation process you can select to install for everyone or for selected user. You can change this later as a admin in Administration > Apps then click on HG Insights app installed and go to the tab Access.
Can I use HG Insights Chrome Extension in Outreach?
Yes! You can access your HG Insights Inbox from the Chrome Extension from any Outreach page, and access Account & Contact intelligence from any account or prospect page in Outreach
What is the difference with the other Outreach integration?
This integration embeds HG Insights directly in Outreach while the other one allows users to add people to sequences. The embedding requires an Admin to install in Outreach while the "add to sequence" allows users to add prospect to sequences from anywhere (from HG Insights embedded in Salesforce, from HG Insights Chrome extension...)
