The Companies page in Sales Copilot gives sellers a single, unified view of every company in the market — spanning 25+ million companies powered by HG's Revenue Growth Intelligence (RGI) Fabric. This page is the starting point for both prospecting into whitespace and managing your existing pipeline.
The Source Column: Identifying Whitespace vs. CRM Accounts
The Source column is key to understanding your coverage across the full market.
Each company row displays one or more source indicators:
HG icon — The company exists in HG's global company database (RGI Fabric)
CRM icon (e.g., Salesforce) — The company is matched to a record in your connected CRM
Both icons — The company exists in HG's database and is already in your CRM
This match-back between HG's universe and your CRM data gives you an instant read on what's in-market but not yet in your pipeline - your whitespace.
Filtering Companies by Source
Use the Company Source filter at the top of the page to focus your view. Click the dropdown to choose from:
Filter | What It Shows |

All | Every company in the full 25M+ universe |
Whitespace | Companies present in HG's database but not in your CRM — net-new prospects |
CRM | Companies that are matched to your CRM |
Book of Accounts | Companies assigned to you as part of your named account list |
Tip: Start with Whitespace to surface high-fit companies your team hasn't engaged yet. Switch to Book of Accounts to focus on active pipeline.
