MadKudu x Salesloft allows your sellers to add prospects directly to Salesloft cadences from within MadKudu. Your reps spend more time on reaching out to users rather than switching back and forth with Salesforce!

When Sales users join your accounts, they will be invited to connect their Salesloft account.

If they don't right away, they can do so later on in MadKudu Copilot embedded in Salesforce or the Chrome extension.

The source of the error - is Salesloft, it indicates that the individual has specific limitations on how they can be contacted.

To test if this is the root cause, follow these stepshttps://help.salesloft.com/s/article/Do-Not-Contact-and-Contact-Restrictions?language=en_US:

  1. Isolate the person that you try to add to the Salesloft cadence where you get this error.

  2. Navigate to the individual’s profile in Salesloft to check any active contact restrictions. This will provide insight into which communication methods are restricted and why.

  3. If appropriate, adjust communication methods.

  4. Try to add that person to the Salesloft cadence again.
