Search the knowledge base

Before you contact our support team, we recommend searching HG Insights Knowledge Base for immediate answers to your questions.

  • Search for keywords using the search bar to discover all articles available in the knowledge base.

  • Browse by categories and sections to explore the knowledge base.

Check the API status page

Check our System Status page to see if HG Insights is experiencing any issues. If you’re still having problems, make sure to let us know that you’ve tried these steps when you contact HG Insights support.

From HG Insights’s Knowledge base

  1. Visit homepage

  2. Click on “Contact Us” in the bottom section “Still need help?”

  3. Type your question and choose a category.

  4. Provide additional details to help us understand what you need help with (URL you are having issues with, any error message, record IDs of leads/contact/account)

  5. If you have a screenshot or file to help us, click Add files and select the relevant files to attach.

  6. Click Submit

From the HG Insights platform

Click the help button at the bottom left corner, accessible from any of the webpages. You'll be able to browse resources or reach out to support directly.
