Confirming Your Offerings
Audience: Admin (typically RevOps)
After your company context is built, the next onboarding step is confirming your offerings. Sales Copilot groups your products into offerings automatically, and you review, edit, and confirm them before they drive scoring and workflows.
What is an offering?
An offering is how you sell in the market, as opposed to a product, which is what your company builds. The distinction matters because go-to-market motions are organized around offerings: a single product might be sold through multiple offerings, and each one targets different pains, buyers, and competitive dynamics.
In Sales Copilot, each offering anchors a separate buying motion and scoring model, with its own:
Pain points it addresses
Intent topics relevant to that offering
Competitors it displaces or sells against
Partners and complementary tech it works well with
Target ICP: industries, company size, revenue, and geography
GTM motions used in AI scoring, such as Net New Logo, Expansion, and Displacement

Reviewing and confirming
On the Confirm your offerings page, each offering appears as a card showing its description, GTM motions, pain points, target ICP, intent topics, competitors, and complementary tech. For each offering you can:
Show or hide details to expand the full context
Edit any part of the offering
Delete an offering that doesn't reflect how you sell
Add offerings that are missing
Toggle Include in setup to control which offerings are active
After confirmation
Once you confirm, the tenant context and offerings are saved. You can return and edit them whenever your go-to-market changes.
The next step is building outbound scoring models, one per offering. See AI Outbound Scoring.
