Ever wished you could score a list of leads before loading them into your CRM? Or wanted to figure out based on the list of attendees of an event if it was worth sending more reps? This article is for you!
This article will walk you through the steps to get predictive scores of all your leads directly within Google Sheets. The predictions are based on MadKudu’s customer fit models.
Scoring leads is as simple as clicking on a button with MadKudu’s Google Sheet add-on.
You can score both people (with email addresses) or companies (with the domain name).

Customer Fit Prediction
MadKudu predicts whom you should talk to by scoring leads based on email addresses or domains through customer fit scores.
Scoring Email Addresses
Select the email addresses that you would like to score
Select Persons
Click on Predict
Predictions will appear next to the email addresses
Scoring Domains
Select the domains that you would like to score
Select Companies
Click on Predict
Predictions will appear next to the domains
Note
Selecting “Insert Headers” will add “customer_fit”, “customer_fit_score”, and "customer_fit_signals" as new column headers on your spreadsheet.
Installing the Add-On
Go to the Google Spreadsheet that you want to use
Click on Add-ons > Get add-ons > Search for and install MadKudu Sheets
Click on Add-ons > MadKudu > Open

Signing in to the Add-On
If you don't already have a MadKudu account:
Click on "Create an account"
Copy your API key
Return to your sheet, and paste your API key
If you do already have a MadKudu account, but aren't logged in:
Click on "I have an account"
Copy your API key
Return to your sheet, and paste your API key
If you do already have a MadKudu account, and are currently logged in:
Click on "I have an account"
Go to Integrations
Click on API

Copy your API key
Return to your sheet, and paste your API key

How many emails / domains can I score?
You can score as many as you’d like. Please pay attention to your API usage to avoid going over your current plan.
To check you API limits and usage, go to Settings > API Usage
