Troubleshooting
Important: the bulk scorer will fail to score a CSV with more than 3,000 records
Before submitting a new support ticket, please try these quick suggestions:
Check that you are correctly logged in your MadKudu account. To make sure, you can log out (Settings > log out), and log back in
Check that the file is a CSV format
Try with another CSV to see if it's an issue with the file.
Try in Incognito mode (or Private Browsing) to make sure that certain browser extensions don't affect the upload.
Clear your browser cache and retry
Try with another browser
Check your internet connection
Close any other page where you may be connected to MadKudu

Description of the issue
the URL(s) of the page you are trying to upload the file in
the CSV file you are trying to upload
the email address you are logged in with
your browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE ...)
