Relax IP restrictions

What this is
A setting that will help allow HG to sync as your API-only integration user (server-to-server, no interactive login). You’ll do this as a Salesforce admin, once.
This will prevent HG’s server-side calls from being blocked by your org’s login IP ranges.

Setup →Quick Find:Connected Apps
Manage Connected Apps
Click Edit next to the HG Insights connected app
In the OAuth Policies section, set IP Relaxation to Relax IP restrictions

Permission set cannot be assigned to user

What this is
You may encounter this issue when you attempt to assign the HG Insights package permission set to the API only user

Salesforce cannot assign the permission set to the API only user because it contains UI components

Fix: If any problem of this type arise, you can duplicate the permission set and eliminate the unnecessary access that has been granted
