The Push Status in MadKudu Admin app allows you to monitor the health of the sync where we update records in your integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Intercom). It tells you if the data flows correctly from MadKudu to your systems, and allows you to identify and resolve any issues that may arise when MadKudu tries updating (scoring) records.
Why Use Push Status
You’ll mainly want to check the push status when troubleshooting records not updated in your integrations. It allows you to answer the following questions
When was the last time MadKudu tried updating records in my system?
Were records successfully updated?
Are there errors MadKudu ran into?
How do I resolve these errors?

How to Use Push Status
Check when MadKudu last updated your records (in batch) Learn more about realtime versus batch.
Check volume of records updated if some errors are preventing MadKudu from updating records and how many are impacted
View Error Messages: If our platform runs into errors, they will appear below the affected integration (e.g., Salesforce).
Some errors might be temporary = our platform only runs into them from time to time (e.g polling time out means your Salesforce is too busy to answer MadKudu). While other errors need your intervention to be resolved.
Resolve Errors: To resolve these errors, click on the Documentation link next to the error message for troubleshooting tips and recommended solutions. Please refer to the integration’s own documentation as well
Get example records triggering the error: by clicking on the “IDs” column, you’ll get a list of the 100 latest records triggering the error, which you can copy paste to troubleshoot with your integration’s admin team.
