Closed Lost Follow Up (time-based)

This play helps you follow up with decision makers at companies you’ve talked to in the past, where the timing did not work out.

Every day, you’ll receive a list of contacts at opportunities that were lost, let’s say, 90 days ago.

Here is a typical email example for a follow up:

Subject: looking again into [product]

Hey [Name],

I hope you’re doing well. I remember when we last spoke about [Company] and agreed to reconnect around this time. I wanted to reach out to see if things have shifted on your end and if it might be a good time to revisit our conversation.

No pressure, but if you’re open to a quick chat, I’d love to explore how we might be able to support your goals now. Let me know if you’re available for a short call this week or next.
