# What data should I be sending to HG Insights

Depending on your use case, there are different datapoints that are important to be sent to HG Insights.

### Outbound

- CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
  - Data should identify companies and persons with attributes and events tied to them.
- Website engagement - important pages are:
  - pricing page views
  - contact / demo page views
  - careers page views
  - legal page views
- 3rd party intent - examples:
  - G2 intent
  - Bombora intent
- All behavioral data should include timestamps for recency/frequency metrics.

### Account Based Marketing

- CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
  - Data should identify companies and persons with attributes and events tied to them.
- Website engagement
  - pricing page views
  - contact / demo page views
  - careers page views
  - legal page views
- 3rd party intent
  - G2 intent
  - Bombora intent
- All behavioral data should include timestamps for recency/frequency metrics.

### Inbound

- product engagement data - important events are:
  - signup event
  - inviting user users
  - collaboration events (e.g. shared project, commented, etc.)
  - engagement with advanced features
- All behavioral data should include timestamps for recency/frequency metrics.

### Expansion

- CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
  - Data should identify companies and persons with attributes and events tied to them.
- product engagement data - important events are:
  - inviting user users
  - collaboration events (e.g. shared project, commented, etc.)
