# Troubleshooting Okta login on Chrome Extension

Is your team unable to log into HG Insights (Chrome extension or app) with Okta?

Please make sure the HG Insights app in Okta is updated following the instructions below:

**Pre-requisites**: you're an Admin in Okta

1. In the Admin section of your[Okta account,](https://www.okta.com/login/) go to the **HG Insights** application
2. In the **General** tab, in the section**SAML setting**, click on **Edit**
3. Click **Next** to go to 2. Configure SAML and click **Advanced Settings**
4. For the **Signature Certificate**, [download certificate here](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XiZ84zloqXc_IOH8RHfUZlGSVA2zqLO4/view) and upload in Okta
5. Check the box S**igned Requests - Validate SAML requests with signature certificates.**

In particular please make sure the **certificate** is correctly uploaded (step 4)

Click next on the following steps to save your changes.

Once done, please try to login via Okta in the Chrome extension confirm if it's working!
