# Troubleshooting: MadKudu Bulk Scorer

Having issues scoring records with the Bulk Scorer? We’re here to help!

# **Troubleshooting**

**Important**: the bulk scorer will fail to score a CSV with more than 3,000 records

There is no way for you to check the status or the progression of the Bulk Scorer. However, here are some steps to unblock it if you are facing issues.

Before submitting a new [support ticket](/v1/docs/get-help-from-HG Insights-support), please try these quick suggestions:

- **Check that you are correctly logged in** your HG Insights account. To make sure, you can log out (Settings > log out), and log back in
- Check that the file is a **CSV format**
- Try with **another CSV** to see if it's an issue with the file.
- Try in **Incognito mode (or Private Browsing)** to make sure that certain browser extensions don't affect the upload.
- **Clear your browser cache******and retry
- Try with **another browser**
- Check your******internet connection**
- Close any other page where you may be connected to HG Insights

# **Get assistance**

When submitting a support ticket, please provide as many details as possible with your message and we'll get back to you shortly! We recommend including the following information:

1. **Description of the issue**
2. the **URL(s) of the page** you are trying to upload the file in
3. the **CSV file******you are trying to upload
4. the **email address**you are logged in with
5. your **browser** (Chrome, Firefox, IE ...)
6. If you receive an error message, a screenshot of the whole screen with the **error message**
