# How to share a playbook with my team or specific individuals?

As an admin, you can create a playbook

- for yourself,
- for specific members,
- for teams
- or for your entire organization.

**Pre-requisite**

You are an admin

**Step by Step**

- Log into Copilot
- Click on the ⚙️ gear icon at the top of the playbook you’d like to share
- Scroll to section 5 “Share with members” of the form

- To share with teams, select one or more teams
- To share with individuals, select one or more members (they need to have a HG Insights account)

Note: you can share with Teams **and** specific members at the same time
