# How to install MadKudu in Gong Engage

## **Pre-requisites**

- You must have **Salesforce** connected to **both Gong and HG Insights**
- At least one user in your company but have a **Gong Engage** seat to do the installation until sellers get a seat
- You must be a **Tech admin** in **Gong**
- You must be an **Admin** in **HG Insights**

## Install HG Insights iframes in Gong and activate the Add to Gong Flow

As a Gong Tech admin and a HG Insights Admin,

1. Log into [HG Insights Admin console](https://app.madkudu.com)
2. Navigate to **Integrations** then click on **Gong**

4. Click **Allow** in the pop up

> Note: If you log in your Gong account and go to Company Settings > Integrations, you should now see HG Insights integration

Any Gong Engage and HG Insights user can now

- view HG Insights in any Account and Pipeline in Gong Engage
- add prospects to Gong Flows in a click from HG Insights iframes or playbooks

> Note: To unlock HG Insights iFrames at the Person level and in the email composer, each user will also need to download HG Insights Chrome extension.

## Activate Autopilot to surface prospects to your reps in the Engage To-Do

As a Gong Tech admin and a HG Insights Admin,

1. Log into [HG Insights Copilot](https://msi.madkudu.com/inbox)
2. Identify the plays for which prospects should be sent directly to your reps To Do and click on the gear icon to edit the playbook ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a55e7ea5-b8ac-4456-874d-10cc92097370/Images/Documentation/image(610).png)
3. Scroll down to section **4. Automation**

5. Click **Update playbook**

## Checking installation

If you are a Tech Admin and don't have an Engage seat yourself to check the result, here is how to "Log in as {user}"

- In **Gong**, go to **Company Settings** from the bottom of the left nav bar
- Click **Team Members**
- Open a user with an Engage seat then at the top right, click on the 3 dots and "**Log in as** ...." ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a55e7ea5-b8ac-4456-874d-10cc92097370/Images/Documentation/image(612).png)
- in their account, navigate to **Engage** > **Accounts** or **Engage** > **Pipeline** and you'll see HG Insights Tab under any account

> Note: Users who do not have a Gong Engage seat can still use HG Insights Chrome extension layered on top of an account in Gong

### FAQ

****Can we use the HG Insights x Gong Engage integration if our organization use HubSpot as my CRM?****

Unfortunately not today. HG Insights x Gong Engage only supports Salesforce CRM as of today. Please let us know at [product@madkudu.com](mailto:product@madkudu.com) if you're using Gong Engage with HubSpot CRM!

****Do I need a Gong Engage subscription to use HG Insights in Gong?****

To leverage HG Insights directly embedded in Gong you need Gong Engage seats as HG Insights embeds in Gong Engage's accounts.

****I have connected Gong in HG Insights but I don’t see the iframe on the people profile and email composer, why?****
