# How to create, edit, rename and delete Explore Views

## How to create a view

**From scratch**

1. Log into **Copilot**
2. Navigate to the left navigation bar and select the list to start from: **My Book of Accounts, My Book of Persons, All Accounts or All Persons.**
3. Click on **+New rule** to add****filters
4. Click **Save view**at the top right
5. Enter a name
6. Click **Save view**

The view is now saved in the list of views. The views refresh automatically every 4-12h.

**From an existing view**

1. Open the view you would like to edit
2. Edit the filters (This won’t change the initial view until you click save)
3. At the top right, click **Save view**
4. Select **Create a new view**
5. Click **Save view**

The new view will appear at the bottom of your views.

## **How to edit a view**

1. Open the view you would like to edit
2. Edit the filters (This won’t change the initial view until you click save)
3. At the top right, click **Save view**
4. Select **Save changes to the current view**
5. Click **Save view**

## How to rename a view

1. Open the view you would like to edit

3. Enter a new name
4. Click **Save**

## How to delete a view

1. Open the view you would like to edit
2. At the top right corner click on the **[…]** button and **Delete**
3. In the pop-up confirm **Yes, delete view**

#### How often do views get refreshed?

Views refresh automatically every 4-12h.

#### Can I share a view to all my organization, teams or another team member ?

Sharing views is not supported as of today but will be soon.
